At Treen, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • The return request is raised after the return window

  • The product was purchased during a sale or clearance (if marked as non-returnable)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [treen@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery

  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will review the request and share return instructions

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

  • Shipped orders must follow the return process
